Bazee Terms and Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

Bazee is an online Sports Betting platform built for sports fans in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Bazee.

By using any Bazee service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

Bazee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the platform following the updated terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions were originally drafted in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To open an account and use Bazee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region you are accessing the platform from.
• You must have a valid mobile number or email address.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, genuine, and your own.
• Each individual may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

A verification code will be sent to your mobile number to complete the registration process. Your account will only be activated once the code is entered. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport if required.

Keeping your Bazee account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the rules below when managing your account:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong password for your account and change it regularly.
• Upon noticing any suspicious activity, immediately support@bazee.ws let us know.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team for assistance.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bazee recommends keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to keep your account secure. If you are unable to access your account due to a technical issue, our support team is available around the clock to help.

Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee. You will be notified in advance by email.

Bazee currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash – The most widely used mobile banking method.
• Nagad – Fast and reliable digital payments.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla) – Mobile banking linked to your bank account.
• Bank Transfer – From any scheduled bank in Bangladesh.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum single deposit limit depends on the payment method. Bazee does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Under its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, Bazee may request additional information or documentation for large transactions. This is a standard security measure in place to protect users.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Diamond and Platinum members enjoy priority fast withdrawals. Daily withdrawal limits vary based on membership tier.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bazee. They are designed to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bazee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Betting through multiple accounts or transferring funds between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any bet placed with prior knowledge of an event's outcome will not be accepted and will be voided.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the odds at which your bet was confirmed will stand as final.

Bazee's specialist team monitors betting patterns on a regular basis. If any unusual or suspicious betting activity is detected, the account may be subject to investigation. Our goal is to ensure fair play for everyone.

Each betting market has its own specific rules, which are detailed on the platform. It is advisable to read the relevant market rules before placing a bet.

Bazee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms that you should review before use:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on your first deposit. A specified wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Free Bet: Must be used within the specified period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is provided at a set rate on qualifying losses.
• Loyalty Points: Points earned through betting activity can be converted to cash at a set rate.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus — once the referred person completes registration and makes their first deposit.

Bazee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Advance notice will be provided for any changes affecting ongoing offers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bazee platform and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets through match-fixing or pre-determined outcomes.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

Bazee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• While an investigation into suspicious betting patterns or fraud is ongoing.
• Under the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• At your own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming grounds).

Users may request to close their account at any time. Once requested, the support team will process the closure within 48 hours. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Whether balances from accounts closed due to rule violations are refunded will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Bazee believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. To promote responsible gaming, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount per single bet.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit on continuous betting sessions.
• Cool-off Period: Take a self-exclusion break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to close your account on a long-term or permanent basis.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your betting time and spending.

Bazee strictly enforces an age verification process to protect minors under 18 from accessing betting. Immediate action will be taken upon detection of any underage access.

In the event of a dispute between Bazee and a user, the following process will be followed:

• We will first attempt to resolve any issue directly through our support team.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving the dispute.
• Complex disputes may take up to 30 days to investigate and resolve.
• The relevant account or balance may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
• Bazee's decision shall be considered final, though both parties will endeavour to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

Bazee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• At least 14 days' notice will be given before any significant changes.
• Notices will be sent via email, platform notifications, or pop-ups.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
